It is very important that if you are going for a perk, you make sure to check if it's a weapon perk or an armor perk (both possible too). I really didn't know the best way to order the perks, so they will just be in alphabetical order. You can use control + F to quickly find the perks. There will be a list of all the perks included, this is just an overview, if you scroll down more we are going to be going into the best way of obtaining said perks.

Ataraxia has reworked a lot of perks, for example on rs3 the perk planted feet increases your sunshine time, on Ataraxia it doesn't, instead it gives a 10% reduction to all damage received, but also all damage given. I thought this guide was going to be a cleanup of that guide, but it took so much more than that.
